I am sending you this letter to congratulate you on establishing a corporate culture that the client sees as great value when working with FTL. I would hope that you might share the content of this letter with your staff. Hopefully, they won't ask you for a raise after reading it.

From the moment that i walked through the front door for the first time i was greeted with warmth and interest. All front office personal were willing to help me in any way they could in order to make me fell like I had stepped into their home and i was a welcomed guest. The fact that clients come and go and interact with staff in a seamless manner as though they belonged there was very impressive. The opportunity for a client to conduct his own business in your conference room with courtesy internet and consideration to allow the client to hold small meetings is truly special. The cleanliness of the entire building is very noticeable.

The lab staff had a level of customer respect and professionalism. Even when something went not as expected, the reaction and interest to solve the problem was instantaneous. Lab personnel are on the side of the client to help him pass his testing. They have all made Superior Window Corporation a customer because of their skillful handling of the project and the customer.

Gamma U.S.A.Inc. is a manufacturer and installer of high performance curtainwalls and windowwalls. our main office and manufacturing facility is located in Hialeah, Florida, and we maintain offices and fabrication plants in Pompano Beach, Florida and Quebec City, Canada, with satellite offices in New York City and Montreal as well.

We have used FTL for all of our product testing for all of our Florida products. much of our arsenal of products requires certification in order to comply with the very strict requirements of the Dade County Product Approval Board, since many of our projects are located in South Florida.

We have always appreciated FTL's professionalism and qualities. Their field and administrative staff have always been helpful, assertive and knowledgeable, and their experts and engineers continue to help us improve our products.

We recommend them highly, and continue to test all of our Florida utilized products with FTL.

Gamma USA is a 40 year old expert quality designed and fabricator and installer of significant curtainwalls, storefronts, windowwalls systems, operating windows and sliding glass doors. All of our products have been appropriately tested to the highest stands of wind pressures, water infiltration and security, and all of our Florida utilized products have been certified by the Dade County Product Approval board of approvals.

Gamma's Canadian division provides significant thermal-break curtainwalls in Quebec and Ontario.
